About us

We are a family business with roots in hospitality (our Michelin recommended pub, The Killingworth Castle, is 45 minutes away near Blenheim Palace). Having been based in the Cotswolds for 16 years we know the area very well but love Broadway the best. It has the perfect mix of Cotswold charm both in its architecture & landscape, good food options and the most amazing walks from the front door. We're only 20 mins from Cheltenham & ideally located for exploring the area.

Although attached to our family home, the annexe is fully private with insulated & soundproofed walls, underfloor heating and its own private entrance. Come and go as you please without ever having to see us unless required!

Information

Minimum stays

Autumn / Winter 2 nights minimum / March - September 3 nights minimum    NB additional bank holidays or special regular events e.g. Cheltenham Festival may also require a longer minimum stay.

Dogs

As a dog family ourselves we will permit one we-behaved small / medium sized dog into the property. Dogs are not allowed on the bed or furniture. A dog bed is provided. As this is a small property it is not suitable for large dogs. There is an extra charge for dogs to stay of £20 per stay (payable at time of booking). I know lots of lovely dog walks so happy to help with recommending some.

Parking

The wholly grail for many Cotswold tourists, we can actually offer you private parking for up to two cars in front of the property through our large gates. Please note at times the owner may also need to use the parking area (there is space for three cars). 

Outside

There is a small patio within the front car park so there is a space to sit outside in the warmer months.

EV charge point

At time of writing the only self-catering property with an EV charge point for you to access. We use the MONTA app so all electric cars can charge and go at the property. 

Access

While we are not ideal for wheelchair users (gravel drive, step into property), it is all on ground level.

Heating

Our property is set at 18 degrees. We have underfloor heating throughout that will kick in if it drops below that temperature. The bathroom has a heated towel radiator. 

Children

As much as we love kids, this annexe is only suitable for max 2 adults, no kids sorry. 

Connectivity

Wi-fi is fast (73Mbps) with access throughout, flatscreen smart TV in living room. There is a surveillance device on the property (camera doorbell) at the front door (only) which can only view the front porch and drive of the property.

No check-in after 10pm. Check-out 10am. Amendments to check-in times may be negotiated if possible.
